The game is crashing on Xbox and Xbox PC when logging in at startup. We believe this is caused by having blocked contacts on your friends list.

There are two known workarounds available:

• Unblock any blocked users
• Disconnect from the internet, then launch the game

If you're on PC and are still experiencing crashes, please make sure your video card drivers and operating system are both fully up to date.
