1. Open the Run dialog

• Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard.

2.Launch DxDiag

• Type dxdiag and press Enter.
• If prompted to check for digitally signed drivers, select Yes.

3. Wait for DxDiag to load

• The DirectX Diagnostic Tool may take a few seconds to gather information.

4. Save the DxDiag file

• Click “Save All Information…” in the bottom‑right corner.
• Choose an easy‑to‑find location (such as your Desktop).
• Save the file as DxDiag.txt.
