Picking up resources while having full inventory and any two-handed weapon equipped when Omni-Tool is swinging (Axe, Hammer or Shovel) will remove the equipped weapon. Issue also occurs only when equipping torch beforehand, so that when the Omni-Tool is swinging the torch will be equipped in the other hand.
